Job Description
- Own and deliver regional sales targets (revenue & growth)
- Manage and grow distributor partnerships across APAC
- Lead pricing, negotiations, and annual business planning
- Drive execution of product launches and marketing initiatives
- Develop go-to-market strategies for multiple countries
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion markets
- Build relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals, retailers and key accounts
- Partner with internal teams across marketing, medical, and supply chain
- Provide forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Business Management, Life Sciences or related fields
- More than 5 years of regional sales experience
- Prior experience in healthcare, pharma, nutraceuticals, or FMCG products is advantageous
- Excellent track record in managing distributor-led markets in APAC
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage key accounts
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix organisation
